The Newtown Water and Sewer Authority held a Public Hearing on Thursday May 14, 2009, at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Commerce Road. Chairman Richard Zang called the meeting to order at 7:08PM
Present: Richard Zang, Carl Zencey, Lou Carbone
Also present: Mike Burton, Ted Kreinik of EDC, Jason O’Brien and Julio Segarra of United Water Suez
Absent: Marianne Brown, Alan Shepard, Phil Cruz
Set benefit assessment for 107 Church Hill Road – Information was not available at the public hearing so it has been postponed until June 11, 1009.
Meeting adjourned at 7:10PM
